About the event
All food and accommodation during the camp will be provided by Gunditj Mirring and travel
assistance is available to Gunditj Mirring members having to travel more than 100km to attend
the camp. Travel assistance is capped at $250 per return trip per vehicle.
There will be a number of accommodation options available. As an on-Country Camp, we
encourage everyone to bring their camping gear and enjoy one of the camping spots available on
our properties. The main camp hub will be located at Lake Condah Mission.
Camping may not suit everyone, however, we also have bunk-style accommodation available at
the Mission and Kurtonitj House, as well as cabin options at caravan parks in Heywood or Dutton
Way for Elders and larger families.
You will need to bring your own bedding and camping gear, such as tents, swags, chairs, plates,
cups and cutlery, though if you need assistance with bedding or camping gear, please email us on
camp@gunditjmirring.com
If you can please indicate your preference of accommodation through the registration and we will
accommodate as best as possible.
We encourage everyone to register early to allow us to plan and provide everyone with camping spots or
other accommodation as required.
Registrations need to be completed by no later than 5th January 2024 via the Gunditj Mirring website:
